Shipping policy

We aims to deliver your products as quickly as possible. We also need to ensure we have time to create your items and that they look absolutely stunning for you!
There are various shipping options available at checkout. We highly recommend using the tracked and signed services for International orders otherwise we have no way of keeping track of your order once it leaves the workshop.
We use secure and professional packaging for every product to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition.
Estimated delivery dates vary depending on whereabouts you are in the World and how bespoke your order is. It typically takes 5 - 7 days to process and create your order but during peak times this can be substantially longer which you will be made aware of should this be the case.
Shipping time is typically 4-7 days within the United States and 7-9 daysto most international destinations. However, this can be longer during holiday periods and special national/international dates.
